Wikipedia mistakenly defines Compulsory Sterilization as “Compulsory sterilization (or sterilisation), also known as forced sterilization (or sterilisation), programs are government policies which attempt to force people to undergo surgical sterilization.
In 1970, George H W Bush authored the Family Planning Act which funded the sterilization of Native American women.
“The idea of using vaccines to covertly reduce births in the Third World is also not new. Bill Gates’ good friend, David Rockefeller and his Rockefeller Foundation were involved as early as 1972 in a major project together with WHO and others to perfect another “new vaccine.”
“The results of the WHO-Rockefeller project were put into mass application on human guinea pigs in the early 1990′s. The WHO oversaw massive vaccination campaigns against tetanus in Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines. Comite Pro Vida de Mexico, a Roman Catholic lay organization, became suspicious of the motives behind the WHO program and decided to test numerous vials of the vaccine and found them to contain human Chorionic Gonadotrophin, or hCG. That was a curious component for a vaccine designed to protect people against lock-jaw arising from infection with rusty nail wounds or other contact with certain bacteria found in soil. The tetanus disease was indeed, also rather rare. It was also curious because hCG was a natural hormone needed to maintain a pregnancy. However, when combined with a tetanus toxoid carrier, it stimulated formation of antibodies against hCG, rendering a woman incapable of maintaining a pregnancy, a form of concealed abortion. Similar reports of vaccines laced with hCG hormones came from the Philippines and Nicaragua.”
This 1974 memorandum drafted by Henry Kissinger led directly to the unleashing of experimental vaccines on the unsuspecting public. It sighted countries as targets for “initial population reduction experimentation to be implemented around the year 2000″. They identified India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia & Columbia for study. 3 million Filipinos ages 12-48 were given a test vaccine that ruined their health. North American Black & Native American Women were each given the same vaccine resulting in sterility rates of 25% & 35% respectively. The directive came from the WHO and was directly tied to Kissinger’s report. [Emphasis added.]
“As a favor to utility and coal industries, America’s largest mercury dischargers, the EPA sat for nine months on a report exposing the catastrophic impact on children’s health of mercury, finally releasing it in February 2003. Among the findings of the report: The bloodstream of one in twelve US women is saturated with enough mercury to cause neurological damage, permanent IQ loss and a grim inventory of other diseases in their unborn children.”
“The Coalition for Mercury-free Drugs (CoMeD) exposes communications between Centers for Disease Control (CDC) personnel and vaccine researchers revealing U.S. officials apparently colluded in covering-up the decline in Denmark’s autism rates following the removal of mercury from vaccines. ….
“In the final draft version of the publication submitted to Pediatrics, the data from 2001 showing a decline in autism was not mentioned. Ignoring this omission, the CDC continued to endorse the article and, in a December 10, 2002 recommendation letter to the editor of Pediatrics, encouraged expedited review and publication of the article. The misleading Danish article was published by Pediatrics in 2003.“Dr. Poul Thorsen, one of the co-authors and “scientist in residence” at the CDC 2000-2002, subsequently was terminated by Aarhus University and indicted in Atlanta for embezzlement this year in relation to his $11 million grant from the CDC.”
Though it must legally respond to within 20 days to FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests, the CDC – after almost 7 years of not responding requests concerning vaccines from a doctor with an autistic son – was ordered on September 30, 2011 by federal judge to release FOIA documents concerning vaccines. Within less than a month, the Obama administration was criticized by the Denver Post wrote an editorial not realizing the order the CDC had just gotten.
“In that case, would the government be in a position of lying to the court about the existence of information? ….
“If agencies are exercising legally allowable exceptions to the law and withholding certain records, they can just continue to do as they do today: neither confirm nor deny the information’s existence” …..
This is all the more relevant since FOIAs in the UK, released in March of this year, reveal a 30 year cover-up the government’s knowledge that vaccines don’t work, cause the diseases they are claimed to prevent, and that the government had done all possible to block safety studies and colluded in lying to the public about vaccines’ safety and efficacy. http://childhealthsafety.

Part I of this article offers an abbreviated look at

- the CDC’s illegally withholding FOIA documents concerning vaccines, and
- the Obama administration immediately after the CDC was ordered to produce the vaccine documents, using its DOJ to suggest changes to FOIA that would allow agencies (including the CDC) to declare the documents non-existent.
While there are trillions wrapped up in the sale of vaccines, is there an even more compelling reason for Obama to propose something as drastic as the non-existence of documents?
George W. Bush had pandemic laws put in place that are essentially martial. If a pandemic is declared, the Constitution could be suspended. The belief that vaccines are the means to save us from life-threatening diseases are the central ground upon which the pandemic laws rest. If it were known that vaccines do not only not work but actually cause diseases, the right of the government to force vaccines containing unknown materials into people against their will, collapses. With it goes the pandemic laws and martial law itself.
As it stands now, Bush pandemic laws would force untested, unknown vaccines on the entire country if CDC merely declares an emergency. And yet the CDC seems unaware of the bogusness of pandemics, still promoting the exposed myth that there was a killer influenza in 1918-19. The CDC is still treating avian flu as though it were real (it is not), and the CDC put out grossly exaggerated data to create the false impression of an H1N1 pandemic. In all cases the CDC’s ignorance or complicity in pandemics have been the basis of promoting vaccines.
Since it was aspirin that killed millions in 1918-19 due to its immunosuppressive impact and toxicity, it is worrisome that vaccines being promoting by the CDC as the means to prevent “another pandemic like 1918″ – that never happened – are extremely immunosuppressive, in addition to containing mercury and many other neurotoxins. The CDC is in fact part of setting up a situation worse than 1918 in terms of potential deaths.
In 2009, the CDC put pregnant women first in line for the H1N1 vaccines. In doing this, it violated its own previous contraindications against vaccinating pregnant women. It also didn’t inform doctors or pregnant women that the H1N1 vaccines contain polysorbate 80, the preferred ingredient in a patent to impair fertility, or that it contains mercury, directly linked to autism. And after urging the H1N1 vaccine on pregnant women without that vital information for the life of their fetus, thus removing any semblance of “informed” consent, the CDC has covered up the 700% increase in miscarriages which occurred.
[From private conversation: A young black woman who was 5 months pregnant during a healthy, normal pregnancy, was told by her doctor to follow CDC advice and get the H1N1 vaccine. She did and aborted a dead baby two weeks later. The pediatrician said the baby had died two weeks before. This scenario was common for many of the women who lost babies.]

Of special relevance to compulsory sterilization, HHS is working with Novartis (infamous for animal abuse) to produce a mixture of polysorbate 80 and squalene, fulfilling the patent on a “Fertility Impairing Vaccine.” Squalene is a adjuvant that boosts the power of what is in a vaccine. It is banned in the US because of its relationship to Gulf War Syndrome.

Bush provided the pandemics laws that intersect with the WHO’s health regulations. Obama just signed an executive order putting the US into alignment with international laws. The WHO has been the driver of covert sterilizing campaigns with vaccines around the world, and just threatened Pakistan for attempting to suspend Gates, WHO, World Bank polio vaccines until the Pakistani government was sure the vaccines were safe and effective. The vaccines are causing mass paralysis there.
George Bush pushed through the pandemic laws in the US using the false fear that there would again be a pandemic like the 1918 flu pandemic. There was no flu pandemic in 1918. Millions died but they died because of the pharmaceutical industry’s “miracle drug,” aspirin, a highly toxic drug that can kill quickly when used in overdose and a potent immunosuppressive which allowed common upper respiratory infections to deteriorate into deadly pneumonias.
The millions of 1918-19 deaths are the result of pharmaceutical industry greed, and the collusion of government, medical authorities, military and corporations. These same groups have gone many steps further under the Bush pandemic laws:
- They have mandated a highly toxic, immunosuppressive “treatment” in advance.
- All liability has been removed, the vaccines themselves do not have to be tested in an emergency.
- Any emergency does not have to be proven which is how the CDC was able to create the impression of an H1N1 pandemic with exaggerated data.
Just as the CDC has blocked FOIA requests about vaccines up until today, the CDC during 2009 refused to respond to FOIA and even attempted to block a CBS investigation. When the false data was exposed by CBS, Obama put the country under a (false) emergency but an emergency which activated FEMA (which is central to larger plans to end the Constitution and declare martial law) and removed all requirements to test vaccines used for “an emergency.”
CDC was complicit in all this, which arranges to mandate untested vaccines for the country for any emergency the CDC may declare.
The CDC’s mandatory vaccine schedule for children includes an ingredient central to a patent to impair fertility and it is in every vaccine. No parent is “informed.” The H1N1 vaccine, proven deadly to fetuses, also contains this ingredient and is inside the seasonal flu vaccine.
More importantly, vaccines are not working and even killing.
The mass vaccine-induced paralysis of children in India and Pakistan should begin to break down the blind trust in vaccines as protecting children from diseases. The strain is twice as deadly as natural polio (in the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics Vol IX No 2 April – June 2012 Page 114-7, in an article entitled “Polio programme: let us declare victory and move on.”
But miscellaneous studies have shown the many dangers from vaccines for years. The CDC is aware that the vaccines are causing autism but acting to hide that data. They are also covering up that the vaccines are killing fetuses. And they must be aware that the UK government’s documents show that vaccines are ineffective and a health hazard.
Its own mandated vaccines in the US such as pertussis, measles, Hep B, and Hib ["Hib vaccine does not reduce the torment of disease ..." Zubair Lone & Jacob Puliyel *] are not protecting children but actually giving them diseases.
Given the CDC’s behavior
- in hiding data of harm from vaccines that would be given to infants and children,
- in putting out false data that led to a phony pandemic it used to push an untested vaccine,
- in reversing years of its own caution and suddenly urging vaccines (untested) on pregnant women,
- in causing huge numbers of miscarriages and covering those up as well up,
and since the vaccines are not for health, then one must ask, what is going on with the CDC and vaccines?
What do the vaccines all have in common?
All the mandated vaccines for American children contain polysorbate 80.
Are vaccines with polysorbate 80, an ingredient known to damage fertility, and the preferred ingredient in a patent to do just that, going to destroy the fertility of American children through the 69 exposures they face with them? If so, could the country reasonably infer that such a mandated vaccine schedule is compulsory sterilization?
Those behind such policies no longer speak openly about their desire to get rid of “undesirables.” That became unacceptable after what the pharmaceutical industry did during the Holocaust. It is clear, though, that even after WWII, the Bushes and others have been actively involved in sterilizing people, in the US and elsewhere and it is clear that the wealthiest of the wealthy seek a severe reduction in population. Given all this information, one must ask:
Has compulsory sterilization returned to the US in the form of the CDC’s mandated vaccine schedule for all American children?
